Picture Frame Painting

Pop-Up Valentine’s Cards
If you have always wanted to know how pop-up cards (and pop-up books) are made, come learn with Youth Services staff at the library! We will teach some basic techniques, then you can spend the evening making cards for your valentine. This program is intended for ages 12 and under.
