In 2014, the building housed Adamhs Board Administration Office. It was built in 1900. In 1987, the Sherman-Kricker Insurance agency Inc. owned the building. In 2013, the building was purchased by the Kroger Company.

After that, the building endured a few years of being vacant and some more commercial businesses. As of 1993, it has been vacant,

According to the Scioto County Auditor, the building was built in 1900. In the early 1900's, it was used as home and had numerous residence. From the 1930's and onward, it housed various commercial and retail businesses. Today, it is the home of the Belle Le Femme' Beauty Salon.
