In the early 1900's this building was the Security Savings Bank. Around the mid 1920's it became the Royal Savings Building. In 1998, the building became the home of the Royal Lounge, a restaurant and bar. It remains this today.

According to the Scioto County Auditor, this building was built in 1921. From 1926 onward it has always house furniture companies. In 1966, it became the home of Covert's Furniture Company. It remains this today.

In the early 1900's this building was the Columbia Theater. From 1989 and onward for a few years, the building was vacant. Around 2013, it became the Columbia Music Arena for music and athletics.
