Ready for Spring? Please join us in recycling a tin can into a beautiful decoration. When finished, it can be used as a planter, pencil holder, any small storage or just admire it as decor in your living area. The event will be held at the main library location on April 22 at 4 p.m. Ages 8-adult. Please call 740-354-5304 to regsiter.
