Noon Year’s Eve

Bring in the new year at the library’s annual Noon Year’s Eve party for kids! At this family-friendly event, kids will get to make shiny crowns and confetti poppers, then dance in the new year with a balloon drop at noon. Light refreshments will be served. All kids 12 and under welcome!
