Young Adults will read novels chosen from YALSA'S Teens' Top Ten nominations for 2011 in order to determine which novel is the last one standing! There are 16 novels battling for the winning title. The young adult readers must read the novels, choose their favorites, and submit a copy of their bracket to PPL by March 31st. The votes for each novel will be determined according to the submitted brackets. The results will be posted throughout the month of April.
HeritageQuest® Online is a comprehensive treasury of American genealogical sources that are rich in unique primary sources, local and family histories, and finding aids with some dating back to the 1700s.
This database is provided by the library with home access using a valid Portsmouth Public Library card.
The library offers basic tax forms provided to us by the IRS and the State of Ohio. Please click here to view a full list of available tax forms.
